What do I do if I forgot my password?

When you click on "My Account" to log in, you'll see a link that asks you if you "Forgot Password?". Click this button and your new temporary password will be sent to you via email within 24 hours.

Simply cut-and-paste this temporary password when logging in again. Once entered into your "Account", you can choose a more personalized password.

How can I change any of my personal information?

Log in to "My Account" using your email address/username and password. Next, click on "Account Profile." Make any necessary changes here and save your changes.

Do you share information with third parties?

NEVER.

How soon you can deliver items?

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Tracking number will be available through Shipment Notification Email once the item ships. Delivery time will be 4-12 business days,not including weekends, holidays and  depending on your location.

My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?

Patience! It can take up 5 business days for items to ship!

Do you ship outside the United States?

Sorry! We only ship within the United States!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept  Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes. We charge sales tax on all orders shipped to the State of Florida.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
If your order has already been submitted, so has the shipping address, and it cannot be changed. Once your order has been approved by our secure systems, we do not manually update information to ensure and protect your credit safety.
Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. Please do contact us if you find your merchandise is defective and we will replace your item. If you have any questions about your order please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Support.

What is your jewelry made of?

We use only the finest Austrian, Czech & Swarovski crystals, semi-precious stones and non-tarnishing base metals.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Refer to our instructions on Jewelry care to find out how to keep your jewelry sparkling.

Follow the simple tips listed below to keep your jewelry sparkling:

  • Always remove your jewelry before washing hands, showering or swimming. Moisture can cause stones to dull and become loose.
  • Do not spray or apply alcohol or oil based perfume, hairspray, body lotions, hair grooming products, air fresheners, or any other alcohol-based substance on or near your jewelry.
  • Never leave your jewelry in the extreme heat or direct sunlight over long periods of time as this can cause colors to fade.
  • Clean your jewelry by using a dry soft cloth or jewelry cleaning cloths. Never submerge in cleaning solution or water.
